Hello players
I just added a new NPC. The name of this NPC is Kegor. He can exchange your enchant scrolls. This NPC is located in several bigger towns.

1. Function - Scroll exchange
Bring him a weapon scroll and he gives you two armor scrolls or bring him two armor scrolls and he gives you one weapon scroll.

All books listened till here can be farmed via drops (Level 72 - Level 76). Its easy to get them and doesnt need much time. So if you have time go farm it, if you are lazy buy it, but then pay the price as mentioned above ;)
