[NPC] Scroll trader Kegor

I just added a new NPC. The name of this NPC is Kegor. He can exchange your enchant scrolls. This NPC is located in several bigger towns.



1. Function - Scroll exchange

Bring him a weapon scroll and he gives you two armor scrolls or bring him two armor scrolls and he gives you one weapon scroll.
