Question: what does this mean - "IN" and "out"? Are the incoming players? Or online on the server? Or the number of new accounts? And how does voting influence this?

to be honest? I have no idea myself. I did not find a description so far. I always thought ist the "correct guessed" codes and the "not correct guessed codes"

I don't think that I on our server am direct 89 people not correctly specified a code - then online would be much higher ;)

So we need Pull up the votes on hopzone & top100.
P.S. I started to notice a little more activity on the weekend than when we just came to the server!

Ok i will have a look at These sites and take one or two to see if it helps. About the vote: They are all FAKE. Just look how many Player are online on all those "+3000 active online Players..". They have votes that exceeds Limits that stand in no relation of their community. They use programs to create fake votes
