Buff time rework

Hello  :)
 Long time i was thing about this idea and maybe is time to share my vision.
Im talk about 3 Buffs :
 - Combat aura - Skill id : 982
 - Freezing Skin - Skill id : 1238
 - Blazing Skin - Skill id : 1232                - Skill id info from l2db
 my idea is to make this skills time from 20m to 30m - it will be equal to other buffs :)
